Dr. Spencer Bragg grew up around here, so if you think he looks familiar, you’re probably right. He’s made it his mission to bring the best veterinary care to the community he loves – and he might just share a fishing story or two while he’s at it.
We know that bringing your pet to the vet can be stressful, so we’ve made it our goal to create a welcoming space where honesty, compassion, and a genuine love for animals come first. Your First Visit
here’s what you
can expect:
1: Warm Welcome
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will help you get settled and check in. We want you and your pet to feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.
2: Comprehensive Health Assessment
Dr. Bragg will meet with you and your pet to discuss their health history, any concerns you have, and what brings you in. He’ll perform a thorough physical exam to get a complete picture of your pet’s overall health.
3: Discussion and Education
Dr. Bragg will take the time to explain his findings, answer any questions you may have, and provide recommendations for preventative care or treatments. We believe in open communication and making sure you’re fully informed about your pet’s health.
4: Personalized Care Plan
Based on the assessment, Dr. Bragg will work with you to create a customized care plan that meets your pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s scheduling follow-up visits, vaccinations, or discussing diet and lifestyle, we’ll make sure you leave with a clear plan of action.
5: A Treat and Goodbye
Before you head out, we’ll make sure your pet gets a little treat (with your permission, of course) and a warm goodbye from our team. We want your pet’s first visit to be a positive experience so that coming to the vet is something they look forward to.
